The handmade Shell Fringe Napkin Ring is fashioned from acrylic shells that capture the beauty of the natural colors of seashells. Sitting pretty atop a raffia base ring, the cluster of beaded shells creates a fringe when the napkin ring is placed on the napkin. It is a great addition to a beach-inspired table setting.
